The Impact You Will Make
In this role, you will design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems and cloud-native platforms using Golang and modern distributed systems technologies.
You will work on engineering complex, data-intensive products that directly create measurable value for enterprise customers.
Your work will involve building scalable APIs, distributed services, event-driven systems, reliable data pipelines, and high-throughput backend components that support AI-native SaaS products.
You will also contribute to architectural decisions, system design, performance optimization, and engineering best practices across the platform.
What This Role Entails:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Go.
- Build RESTful APIs and gRPC services under guidance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and basic observability.
- Troubleshoot application and production issues.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Contribute to documentation and engineering standards.
What Lands You in This Role
- Good knowledge of Go (Golang).
- Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Object-Oriented Design fundamentals.
- Concurrency (Goroutines, Channels, Mutex, Context).
- Understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and microservices.
- Basic database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).
- Problem-solving and debugging skills.
